Hi I'm sean

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm interested in a huge variety of music from classical to all rock to country, ballroom dancing, coin collecting, and italian.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because i was born in the church. I continue to follow his gospel because I know others, who are older, who have followed the gospel for their lives and they're so kind and giving, somewhat different than those who aren't in the church, they just seem more genuine. I decided i want to be like that.

How I live my faith

What i do in my ward is i'm the sacrament coordinator, it's pretty simple i just make sure the sacrament is ready for our main sunday meeting. I also go to our ward choir practices we sing really pretty arrangements of our hymns which is fun.

Can husband and wife be together forever? Do you believe that families will live together in heaven?

Yes, a husband and wife can be together forever, if they live worthy of an eternal marriage. I believe that families will live together in heaven because, to me, it doesn't make sense that we spend our whole life with people that we love just for it to end when we die. Show more Show less

Why don’t women hold the priesthood in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints? How do Mormon women lead in the Church?

The best explanation I've Heard of why men have the priesthood but woman don't is paraphrased and speculative "when you have the priesthood the only way you can use it by helping others, you can't give yourself a priesthood blessing someone else has to give you the blessing. It's already in a woman's nature to help others, they're kind and giving already but, it's not always the case for men. Men get something they can only use to help others in the hopes that they will learn to be more willing to help others." I like this explanation because it makes a lot of sense to me.
