Hi I'm Daniel

I was born and raised on the island of Fiji, I love my Family, I love Rugby, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Daniel. I was born and raised in Islands in Fiji. I am second eldest in my family of 5 boys. I love Rugby and I love to spend time with my family and helping others reach there full potential. I volunteer as a trainer and help train teenage track and feild athletes. I also Volunteer to help out at the local Paralympic games. I love sports and anything to do with sports; I guess thats why I am majoring in Sports Science. My life has not always been smooth. When I was 12 my parents split and that took a big toll on my life. I felt like I was alone. I lived with my mom from that time on. Without my dad I became lost. I started going down a dark path not knowing that it would hurt my mom. In 2004 I attended a school in New Zealand and i thought i was headed for a better life. I was wrong. Girls and alcohol took over my life. Deep inside the spirit was telling me to return to Fiji. in 2006 I returned to Fiji and continued my education. I have never regreted it, in fact i think it was the best thing that could happen to me. I have always been a mormon, both my parents are mormons. why they split? I dont know. Why did the spirit tell me to go back to Fiji? I dont know. But the more i think about it, the more that i am convinced that it was best for me, and the more I feel my heavenly fathers love for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I chose to be a Mormon. I have experienced the world and i know true happiness comes to us when make righteous decision every time we are faced with a choice. Now every day I wake up and am reminded of the promise i made with my Heavenly Father when i was baptized and I make the decision to honor that promise.

How I live my faith

I live my life trying to help the youth of our unit grow up and be able to make rightious decision. I served as the 2nd councelor in the young mens presidency. Now I share the gospel with others.
