Hi I'm Carrie

I'm a daughter, wife, mother and a child of God. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Idaho, the second of seven children. I am married and my husband and I just recently moved to Southern Utah. I have one son, from a previous marriage who is serving a full time mission in New Mexico. I am so proud of the man he has become, it is an honor to be called his mother. I work as a machinist and I can honestly say that I like what I do, it's just like craft day every day. I have been a member of the church all of my life and I feel that this is a blessing because I have had the gospel to guide me through each day. I enjoy playing the piano, tatting, gardening and this list could go on and on....

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Gospel. Since a very young age, I have been blessed with a personal knowledge of my Savior's love for me. I find myself recognizing the Lord's hand in my life on a daily basis. I know that we are all God's children. I know that He loves us and that He has a plan of happiness set out for each of us. I am so grateful for the power of the Atonement and the opportunity that I have to repent. I am so thankful to have the gospel in my life, it gives me a "brighter" perspective of life, it brings peace and happiness into my life and means so much to me.

How I live my faith

By knowing the teachings of Jesus Christ, I have a daily example of how to live my life and treat others. I try to be an example for the people around me. I treat people with kindness and respect. I live my faith by striving to make good choices every day. Staying close to God through prayer is important to me. It is important for me to show that I am a woman of faith through my daily actions.
