Hi I'm Binna

I grew up in China mainland. I was taught that it was a superstition to believe there was a God. But now, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a new member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I'm a wife, and a mother. I'm nothing special. But the moment I found my Savior, I know I am special, and I know everyone on this earth is special.

Why I am a Mormon

I never thought about life's purpose, I was just busy running after what I thought I would want. But, I really did not know what I want. I was just a wandering soul in this world, wandering around in this busy world knowing everyone's destination is the grave. I believed in myself, but I did not care about anything, nothing. Everything started with a single prayer... Without believing there was a God, I asked if the Book of Mormon was true. I did not get the answer of my question, but I did get an answer. He made sure that I can get the message "there is a living God." It took me six years to get my personal testimony that the prophet Joseph Smith and Brigham Yong were both true prophet of God, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has the full gospel of Christ, and Thomas S. Monson is the living prophet of God. God was not in a hurry to throw me into the water of baptism. But he patiently led me there, He directed my way. I'm thankful for all the testimonies I've got along the way there. Now I've entered the gate, but there is still a long way to go. I'm on my way home... :)

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following the will of the Father, and by looking up to my Savior Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth and the light. I live my faith by serving people around me.

What is being a Mormon like?

Binna
Being a Mormon is like being a follower of Christ. Being a Mormon is like collecting all the joy on the way back home. Being a Mormon is like creating a happy family and then watching the heaven smiles. Being a Mormon is like being a happy and thankful child of God. Being a Mormon is the best choice I've ever made.
