Hi I'm Kei

I am from the island of Philippines. I'm happy to be a Mormon.

About Me

I love singing, drawing, and ballroom dancing. I'm not exceptionally great in doing these but I try to do it for fun and for developing my talents. I also want to learn how to sew clothes and am planning to take classes in the near future. Currently, I work on a financial institution, we conduct seminars to help people be financially independent.

Why I am a Mormon

I am grateful that I was born a Mormon. From my childhood, values were instilled to me by my parents and the church. I grew up in a community that sometimes I am the only Mormon but I stood up for my standards even though they would try to tempt me to do wrong choices. I am not perfect but through the gospel of Jesus Christ I try to choose the right and keep closer to God. When I learned the plan of salvation where it tells us where we would go after this life I prayed hard about it and I felt happiness and hope that Heavenly Father loves us very much that He wants us back to His presence. I am grateful for all the blessings the gospel has given me and my family that I want to share it to others.

How I live my faith

I teach the young women in our ward and I learn from them too. We learn the scriptures together and gain greater testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel. I love to see them developing their talents and values through the programs of the church.

What is being a Mormon like?

Kei
I am happy being a Mormon because although people may say that we have many commandments that we follow, we treat it as the way Heavenly Father shows His love for all of us that He constantly speaks through His prophets and the scriptures that guide us back to Him. Show more Show less
