Hi I'm Elder Tusa

Born and raised in Ipswich, Queensland. Australian by birth, Samoan by culture and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in the gospel of Jesus Christ, my parents are both convert's. My family is happily sealed in the temple for all time and eternity. I'm 25 year's of age, currently serving in the Canada Halifax Mission. I truly am grateful and blessed to receive such a beautiful calling to share the gospel and share this happiness with others around the world. I always like to have a good time, by laughing my way through the good and bad trials and tribulation's that we go through in life, and having faith knowing that the Lord will always provide a way for us in the end to overcome them =)

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I believe in eternal happiness. I did get forced to attend church when I was younger but now that I'm a young adult, I don't get forced to but I still am a active member because I myself do believe in the Gospel of Christ. I understand now with more knowledge, why church was so important. If it wasn't for my parents encouraging me and guiding me towards church when i was younger, I wouldn't know where I would be today. I'm very grateful for what my parents have taught me, not only about this gospel but my culture as well. I am forever in-debited to my Savior, for the ultimate sacrifice that he has paid for me and everyone else that will breathe air in this world. I'm a Mormon because I know through our Heavenly Father's plan that, families can be together forever.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by not being ashamed of what I believe in, and that by personal prayers, scripture study and attending church really helps keep me and the straight and narrow path in life and helps revive my spiritual strength. When you realize that your loved ones like your younger brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews are actually looking up to you as an example, you have to make sure your doing what is right, so that you can help them make the correct decisions in life knowing that you are not alone in this world, and that because Christ overcame all, He can help you overcame anything. " I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me" - Philippians 4:15
