Hi I'm Spencer

I Rock Climb, Ski, Longboard, watch superhero Saturday morning cartoons and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I love to live life, just the feeling of being alive and knowing that there is a world of possibilities makes me excited. I like to be outdoors and do things that get my adrenaline going. If you don't feel like your alive then your not living the way God intended!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because since the time I was born I have always felt that there was a God and that He had my back. Everything in the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints underlines and supports that feeling. The Church gives me a greater sense of purpose in my life and helps me to avoid pitfalls. I am a naturally curious and analytically minded person so at times I have questioned my feelings and my realtionship with God, and whether or not this church is in fact all it claims to be. The deeper I look and the greater amount I question & search the more I understand how amazing this Church is. So to put it simply I'm a Mormon because I know it's true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being a good human being and trying to benefit my fellow man the best I can. I volunteer, I let people in when I drive, I try to avoid profanity, I do my best to simply be the kind of person that I would want others to be. I also live my faith by being just generally happy. Who likes miserable people? That is how I live my faith.

What is the Law of Chastity?

The Law of Chastity is Gods law that protects his children. It's simple, save sex for marriage between you and your spouse. It gives us self-worth and it really makes true love mean more. That way when we all do find that person that we want to spend the rest of eternity with we can give our whole selves to them and only them. Sex is sacred and it creates an emotional bond between you and that person and that bond shouldn't be casually broken or shared with others. Show more Show less

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Not all Mormons are required to serve a mission but alot of us do. I am right now because when you know and I mean really deep down know that this is true then you have no choice but to tell others because its brought you soo much happiness and helped you in soo many different ways that your conscience just isn't satisfied unless you go out and share the truth with people.
