Hi I'm Holly Geilman

I was born and raised in Utah and am an LDS missionary in Florida. My passion in life is vocal performance/acting. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am 20 years old. In High School I gained an absolute love for performing. I love to sing and act. When I am performing, its one of the happiest times in my life. I gained so much confidence and so many friends through my experiences on stage. I am currently serving an LDS mission and I couldn't be more excited to share my testimony with those who are searching for the truth.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it's what makes me happy. When I'm not doing what I know to be right, I don't feel happy and I just float through life without a purpose. I love the gospel and the peace it brings to my life and to my family. There is an overwhelming joy that I find in following the commandments of God. I don't know where I would be or what kind of person I would be without the Gospel of Christ and my membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There have been many times in my life that I have not made very wise choices and I turned away from my Heavenly Father. But as I have grown a little older and a little wiser I have grown realize that the key to true and absolute happiness is exact obedience to God's commandments. I love the family that I have in the church and the love that I know God has for all of us.

How I live my faith

I served in my singles ward as part of the Spiritual Activities Committee. I worked at an LDS book store and was blessed to share my testimony with those I worked with (whether customers or coworkers) everyday. Now as a missionary I am blessed to be completely immersed in The True Gospel of Jesus Christ all day everyday. I love the people I teach and those I get to work with all day everyday!

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Holly Geilman
Families are so important because we believe that we can be with our families for time and all of eternity. Families here on earth are just smaller versions of what we have with our Father in Heaven. Through our families we can live with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ again. Show more Show less
