Hi I'm Connie

I'm a wife and mother of 6. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife to a wonderful husband who is also a Mormon. I am a stay at home mom to six children; one boy and 5 girls. I like to scrapbook, read, play games, camp, swim and attend my children's activities. I play the piano, the clarinet and sing in the church choir. I enjoy volunteering at my children's school. I was raised in a Mormon family and continue to raise my family in the Mormon church because it blesses our lives so much.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a Mormon family. I was baptized when I was 8 years old. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that through his atonement we can all be saved and return to live with our Heavenly Father. I love the doctrine that teaches that families can be together forever. I love my family and want to always be with them. I love the opportunities that the church gives us to learn and grow by serving and teaching each other. I am thankful for the programs and activites that the church has for my children and for families. I am thankful for the values and standards that the church teaches me to live by. I know that the way to true happiness is through living the commandments that have been given to us by prophets of God.

How I live my faith

I attend church meetings every Sunday with my husband and children. I teach the youth on Sundays and help plan and organize activities for them each Wednesday night. We participate in many different activities; music, drama, games, sports, summer camps, cooking demonstrations, sewing, service projects with the youth to help them to become the best that they can be, and to give them opportunities to socialize with other youth that have their same beliefs and values. My children attend these activities and enjoy them very much. I am thankful for the many opportunities that being a Mormon gives me.
