Hi I'm Zoe.

I study elementary education. I was raised in California. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love going to hang out with my friends. I've wanted to be an elementary school teacher since I was in 4th grade. It's so much fun finally getting to put those dreams into motion.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised Catholic for a large majority of my life. I would go to church with my parents and attend church events. I loved God and loved church. What I noticed though, was something seemed to be missing. So when I started college, I stopped going to church. While in college I started going down a path I thought I never would. Started making decisions I had earlier promised myself I never would. They were things that brought temporary happiness, but left me feeling horrible afterwards. I knew I had to go back to church, but I didn't want to go back to the Catholic church as that was the whole reason I stopped going in the first place. Then one day while watching videos online an ad came on of a woman talking about her faith and her family came on. The ad ended up being for this very website, mormon.org. I was very interested and wanted to learn more so I looked up where the nearest chapel was to me and went to church that Sunday. I made appointments to meet with the missionaries and I knew almost immediately that this was the true church, that what I felt was missing from the Catholic church was here. I was baptized a month and a half later, and its been the absolute best ever since.

How I live my faith

I pray and read scriptures daily, I visit other women in my branch to share messages and see how they are doing, I attend weekly classes on various topics of my faith.
