Hi I'm Nichole

I live in the United States and love my husband, kids, exercise, and being creative. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hobbies that interest me: sewing, crafting, outdoor recreation, sports (soccer mostly), and passing on such values to my kids. I went to collage and value education and self-reliance greatly. I strongly believe in getting a good education and hope my children will follow my example. I have travelled only once outside the US, to Italy and Greece, and loved it! I wish I could travel more to experience other cultures. I've had to work since I was 14 but currently I am blessed to be able to stay home with my kids, which is the hardest job I've ever had and ultimately the most rewarding one I've ever had too.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my Savior Jesus Christ, His example and the life he lived while on earth is one I want to emulate. Christ never met a stranger because He loved and had compassion on everyone. I want to be like Him. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints through it's principles and ordinances help me to be more like Christ. The church is about Christ or in other words love, unconditional love for everyone. With all the tumolt in the world and also within ourselves, the complete peace and unconditional love the Savior has to offer can be obtained through His church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have gained a personal testimony of this truth and many others, I know it is true, I cannot deny it.

How I live my faith

Every Sunday I teach 4/5 year old children about the gospel. We sing songs, learn stories from the scriptures and relate the gospel to their current lives. Although I am the teacher, it is amazing to me how much I learn from them! I try to do as much service as I can because I believe service brings true happiness. I make/bring meals to the sick, babysit, visit with others, always try to smile at strangers and do simple acts of kindness. Out of all the service I've done, the most meaningful service I've given to others is just my time and attention. Overall, I try to be kind, friendly and take concern for others. There are no strangers, just friends I haven't gotten to know.
