Hi I'm Adam

I'm a husband, I'm a father of four, I'm a four time Ironman and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband to a great wife. I am a father of four great children. I am a periodontist (gum surgeon). I am a four time Ironman (Ironman Florida, Ironman World Championship in Hawaii (twice), and Ironman St. George. I have also done the Leadville 100 and the Boston marathon. I also love water-skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, backpacking, scuba diving, rafting and traveling with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints truly makes sense. It is based in Jesus Christ. It has sound principles. It requires dedication, values, morals, intelligence, and common-sense. The gospel of Jesus Christ appeals to my desire to make the most of myself as well as my spiritual needs. The gospel of Jesus Christ fills in any and all gaps that I have in my life.

How I live my faith

I pray daily, I read my scriptures daily, I go to church every Sunday, I currently serve as a teacher to other members of my ward. I have served in leadership (leading youth or others my own age) to fulfill their responsibilities. I try to show love to others (regardless of their religion). I live a clean, healthy and worthwhile lifestyle. I visit and help others in need. I try my best to be my best and hopefully, I can be an example to my children and to others.
