Hi I'm Kim

I grew up in the suburbs of Seattle, Washington. In Texas, when I was twenty-three I became a Mormon.

About Me

I have a degree in Accounting. I am married with 3 adult children. We recently became grandparents and I highly recommend it! My husband is retired, and raises chickens on a little hobby farm. It is exciting to think about our future. We served a full-time mission. We are remodeling our house. When that is finished, who knows, maybe we will serve another mission!

Why I am a Mormon

The most exciting part of being a Mormon is the opportunity to make covenants with Our Heavenly Father. I know that as I exercise faith in Jesus Christ and keep my covenants that I have hope of eternal life. I know that I lived with my heavenly family before I came to earth and that Jesus Christ has made it possible for me to return to live with them. Since my conversion to The Church I feel closer to Our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, I have a better understanding of the purpose of The Holy Ghost, and a better understanding of God's plan for my happiness and salvation.

How I live my faith

I look forward to Sundays! There are endless opportunities to serve at Church. I have learned that the greatest joy in life comes from service. An added benefit is that we grow to love the ones we serve.
