Hi I'm Tim

I grew up in Colorado and love being close to the Mountains. I love my family and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the father of 3 beautiful children. I love to bow hunt and spend time with my family. My oldest daughter and I share a passion for turkey hunting. We grow closer together as a family as we spend time together. My family is the most important part of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

Eventhough I grew up in the church, I still had to have that conversion experience for myself. When I was 18 years old it was expected of me to go on a mission for the church and I didn't feel like I knew that was right for me at the time. I then visited other churches to see what they had to offer. While these other churches taught good positive truths, there were none that offered the fullness and completeness that the LDS religion has to offer throught he Book of Mormon. I was converted that year and continue to have conversion experiences everytime I serve my Heavenly Father. I love this gospel and am comforted to know that my family can be eternal. I am proud to say that I am a Mormon!

How I live my faith

Currently I am serving as a young mens president in our ward. With this calling I have the pleasure to serve the young men in our church. Young men, ranging in age from 12-18 participate in youth actvites weekly and the Boy Scouts of America program. We camp out regularly and provide the youth with a conference every year in the summer months. The boys also participate in the Duty To God program where they make goals and commitments in their lives that help them become better citizens of our community and grow closer to our Heavenly Father. Serving with these young men has given me hope for our future and I have grown to love these youth and will continue to serve them with all that I have.
