Hi I'm Bryan

I grew up on the east coast in a small town outside of Boston. I have a wonderful wife and eight children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music- especially singing in choirs and playing the piano. I studied music in college and have a degree in piano and composition. I'm learning to play the guitar in my spare time. I also love being outdoors - camping, skiing, hiking, walking and biking. I also have a degree in economics and an MBA. I have a beautiful family with eight children - four in college this fall.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of the church is one of the greatest blessings in my life. I love my Savior Jesus Christ and I have found that by following His example I have peace and direction in my life. I also believe in second chances through repentance. I know that God loves me and has a plan for my life and that knowledge is very comforting to me. I pray each day and try to learn through the spirit what my Heavenly Father would have me do. I have studied the Bible extensively as well as the Book of Mormon. I have visited the Holy Land in Jerusalem and studied about the life of my Savior and His teachings. I know that Jesus lived and that he is the Son of God.

How I live my faith

I've had wonderful experiences serving in the church. I served a full-time mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina as well as served as a primary teacher, mission leader and teacher. I currently serve as a bishop. I love participating in youth conferences with our youth 14-18. Last month we took 420 youth on trek along the Mormon (Oregon) trail in Wyoming to commemorate the pioneers who migrated to Utah in handcarts. For four days we pulled and pushed handcarts and learned about the history of these early members of the church. It was a great reminder of the faith of my ancestors who gave so much to follow Jesus Christ.
