Hi I'm Brian

I'm a seeker and a lover of all mankind, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am Brian. I am old and have been married to a wonderful, powerful, vulnerable wife for 43 years. We have 7 very special children. We have had the opportunity to be foster parents to 20 or so great kids. We love Disney, Arabian horses, and Hawaii. My favorite sport is dining out -- my second favorite sport is in-depth conversation about philosophy, astronomy, physics, and Sponge Bob. I suffer with CTCL cancer and terrible pain from a degenerating spine, and bi-polar disorder. I have suffered the devastation of a son being killed in an auto accident just prior to his marriage. I have suffered the devastation of a son who committed suicide primarily due to bi-polar disorder. I know I have a Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother that love me unconditionally and without boundary. I know my brother Jesus Christ took upon Himself the punishment and pain of Justice so those who choose to focus on doing all things the Father asks so Mercy can wash away all sin. I know The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has the authority and plan to be with our Heavenly Father and Mother. This I testify is true.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I began out of custom. I listened to the legends of the community. I began to question my capacities to live such a wonderful and full-time faith. I met the woman who turned theory into reality. As my family grew, my understanding of the depths of the truths I had been taught came into focus. I know the value and personal challenges every individual has and have become overwhelmed with the desire to share any insight, love, and listening ear anyone would like to have.
