Hi I'm Mark

I'm a Southern Ute Indian and a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to a wonderful woman and a father of 6 children, (two girls and 4 boys). I have a black lab that thinks she is a lap dog and I love to hunt and fish.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were Catholic and converted to the LDS church when I was young. I was raised believing in God and have continued with the LDS church because it answers three important questions I have concerning my existance here on earth ( Where did I come from, why am I here, and where am I going). In short, beiing apart of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints has made me a better person. In this world of declining moral values and vurtues the LDS church is a shinning beacon of hope.

How I live my faith

At present I am an elders quorum president at this time. What this means is that I lead and work with a group of men that look out over the members of the church. Help with familys moving in or out . Help familys with projects that may be to large for them to do alone. Help the elderly and sick. Teach and invite those who want to hear the word of God. look after the church. Orginize home teaching(members visiting members helping one anorher).
