Hi I'm Steve.

I love music. I produce a music podcast. I build websites. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for over 25 years and, having four beautiful daughters, am constantly surrounded by lovely women. I love music, whether I'm singing, playing piano or organ, or creating my music podcast, I love having music around me all the time. I also enjoy talking on my ham radio, learning Morse Code, and creating web sites. I enjoy working with computers, both as a profession and as a hobby. One of my daughters is currently serving a full-time mission in Chile. Two of my daughters and I are fluent in Spanish.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born into the Church and grew up with the Church's influence all around me, I still had the need to find out why I was a Mormon. It took until I became a young adult for me to decide to find out for myself why I had been living the lifestyle I had. I prayed to find out for myself if what I believed was true, instead of taking it for granted. The spirit witnessed to me the truthfulness of The Book of Mormon, and I have had many witnesses in my life that let me know that Jesus Christ is my personal Savior, that He knows me individually, that He loves me, and is there for me when I need Him the most. I know that Christ lives, and that He is at the head of the same church that He established when He walked the earth.

How I live my faith

I enjoy contributing to my congregation in any way I can. Having a musical background and a love for music, I play the prelude music and accompany the men's congregation in singing each week. I sang for 11 years with a Mormon choir that represented the state of Colorado. I occasionally work with Boy Scouts and help them earn Merit Badges. I enjoy working with the youth and helping them learn more about the gospel and seeing their faith grow as they mature.
