Hi I'm Natalie

I love yoga, people watching and sunnydays. I'm currently serving a mission is Tokyo, Japan. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born on the east coast in New York City, spent my childhood in the south (georgia peach) and then made my way out to the west coast to sunny California. I have always been fascinated by people and how different people live their lives which is maybe why I love to travel. I Love seeing the world, different cultures and people watching . While we may speak different languages, eat different food and look differently, I have found that there are some things that are the same no matter where you go. We all want the same things in life and we are all searching for the same things. The comforting thing too is that even though we can from different walks of life we are all God's children and we will all get back to heaven one day. Currently I am serving a mission in Tokyo Japan and just LOVE it! It's one of the best things I have done. Before I went on a mission I was a student at Brigham Young University studying who knows what. I love little kids and spending time with my family! I love smiling and laughing and just having a good time.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Both my parents come from strong Mormon lineage so I was priveldge to have always been surrounded my wonderful members of the church. However, just becuase I was born into the Church didn't mean I didn't have to find out for myself if I wanted to be a part it too. Through diligent study and prayers, I have come to know for myself that I do want to be apart of this church and that it is true and I continue to know this everyday of my life. Life is hard and why wouldn't I want to go through it knowing the answers to some of life's most challenging times. I love this gospel and the joy it brings into my life. It is the best thing I have every chosen to be a part of and I thank Heavenly Father everyday that I was born into the church and that I didn't have to live without it and had to search for it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in every word, in every deed and in everything I do. I am a Mormon and I want people to know this when they meet me. I think that in life the two most important things you need to have are love and faith in the Savior Jesus Christ. If you have love for one another, and lived as the Savior did you can't go to far off. It's in the little things we do everyday. It's in how we treat each others, what we do and what we say that makes a difference. Currently I am serving a mission where everyday for 18 months I get the privilege of putting on a name badge with Jesus Christs' name. How lucky am I! It's my daily reminder of who I am and where I come from and what my purpose on this earth is. It starts small but through our small steps towards the Savior Jesus Christ we can be made whole and perfected through Him.
