Hi I'm Judy

I'm a Mormon. I joined the church in 1969. I am divorced and have 7 grown children, 20 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

About Me

I am returning to the temple after 38 years. I feel peace in my life and feel so thankful for finding the gospel. My interests are genealogy. I started working finding my family almost immediately after joining the church. In about 40 years I have found about 15,000 of my dead and many for my ex-husbands family. One blessing of research was to be able to tell my father-in-law that he had a sister that lived a few hours. What a wonderful feeling that was.

Why I am a Mormon

When i had the missionary lessons I knew the church was true. I was 22 and married at the time and had 2 children by then. So many things finally made sense. The fact that Joseph Smith was so young I knew he couldn't make it up and that the vision he saw was true.

How I live my faith

Like I said earlier I am going back to the Temple and I am very excited about that. I have been called as a visiting teacher supervisor for our ward. I feel part of when I have a calling.
