Hi I'm Jennifer

I am a wife of 25 years, a mother of 5, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a transplant to the midwest. I love Nebraska. I have become a great UNL football fan and probably get into the games more than my husband. I also like bowling, basketball, soccer, baseball, walking, running, dancing, swimming and almost anything active. I'm not very coordinated but I have fun. I enjoy camping and hiking in the mountains - it is so good to be in the fresh, cool air. I have a lot of fun with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were both members of the church when I was born, so I have always been a part of the mormon church. I truly believe that God is watching over me personally. I have had many experiences when I have felt his love for me. I feel His spirit when I listen to the leaders of this church. I can't explain the reassurance this gives to me - to know that I am a child of God and he loves me. I feel that the commandments and other guidelines that the church has for me are to help me and protect me from evil. I will never deny my love for Him.

How I live my faith

I really believe that the family is one of the main focuses of our church. I love my family and try to be there for them. I think that there is no greater purpose on this earth than to raise honest, caring, hard-working children. I attend church weekly and enjoy teaching an adult church class. I feel that I learn so much from preparing, and I learn a lot from class discussion.
