Hi I'm Michael

I live in Gilbert Arizona with my beautiful wife and three lovely girls.

About Me

I have lived in Arizona most of my life, For a time my family lived in Hawaii while my father was in the army. I love Arizona, even the heat. I graduated Mountain View High School in Mesa in 1997 and I went on a mission to Detroit Michigan in 1998-2000. After that I attended BYU-Idaho which was then Ricks College for a year and earned my Associates in Organizational Communications. I went on to earn my Bachelors in Communication from Utah State University. (Go Aggies!) I am now working on my Masters from Grand Canyon University in Public Administration. I am married to the most wonderful, beautiful woman and we have three amazing daughters. I work as a consultant to companies to improve their leadership, sales, and all aspects of their business through understanding communication patterns. I also use the same instruction in a family setting to help couples and families.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints and loved it from when I was young. However, there comes a time we all need to find out what we have been taught is true. I remember praying and asking my Father in Heaven (God) if what I had been taught all my life was indeed true. I remember thinking to myself, or perhaps it was the spirit whispering to me, "you already know its true, but thank you for asking" I did know it was true. I had felt the spirit in my life and seen the goodness that comes from the gospel. I knew that what I was doing, how I was living, and what I had been taught all those years were right. I am a Mormon because it is the true gospel of Jesus Christ, complete with all the means whereby we can return to live with our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ, and our family again. That has taken on a new meaning to me lately as my father is no longer on this earth. To know that I can see him and live with him again is a great blessing. To know that my wife and children are an eternal family brings more joy and comfort to my life than anything I can imagine. I love my Savior and my Father in Heaven and I love this Gospel.

How I live my faith

My father once said, "we are not perfect, but we can perfectly try our best." That is how I live my life. I strive to do what the Lord would have me do. I work each day at being a better man, a more loving husband and father, a better son and brother. I work to be an honest man, someone that can be trusted. I try my best always. I know that this life is a time to prepare and learn and grow so that one day, we can be with our families forever and live with our Father in Heaven.
