Hi I'm Alex

I'm a small town girl. I'm a stay at home mom and a hairstylist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I went to high school where I was one of two members of the church. I had lots of opportunities to let other know what I believed. My family is awesome and I love spending time with them as often as possible. Even though we are all over the United States, we stay connected through our love of the gospel and our Savior. I am happily married and have one little baby that I stay home to take care of and I'm a hairstylist also working from home. I love to shop, swim, be outside, blog, sing, dance, scrapbook, and decorate.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents introduced my to the church at a very young age. I was raised saying prayers every morning and evening, and learned to acknowledge all that Heavenly Father has given us. Both of my parents have always been good examples of living what they believed. They served others and in the church constantly. They made sacrifices to be at meeting that they needed to be to. I saw the happieness the church brought to our family. I gained my own testimony of the Savior as I studied the scriptures and prayed to know if it was true. The spirit continues to reconfirm daily that I am doing what is right.

How I live my faith

I work with the small children ages 3-11. I love to watch their testimonies grow as they learn more about the Savior. We sing songs, read scriptures and learn about their own experiences when they have decided to choose the right. I try to improve my own understanding by studying the scriptures and praying to my Heavenly Father. I love to have pictures of Jesus and different temples in my home. I know that my family can be together for ever, even after we die.
