Hi I'm Dennis

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hey, world. It's me, Dennis. I'm currently a single 44yr old white male, but I'm always changing. After I lose some weight and darken my tan , I plan on dropping the "the old white guy. I love laughing and I'm defiantly a glass half full kinda person. I love my life . My two favorite things; My daughter and my testimony of Jesus Christ . I love working with my hands. I'm told I'm a fairly good artist . I grew up in Santa Cruz , California. Santa Cruz was a great place to grow up in. It's where my family converted to the Church and where I learned to surf . My two favorite people would have to be my daughter and my pit bull, Zena. P L & H .

Why I am a Mormon

Isn't it funny? Lifes simplest questions can only be answered with layered and complex answers ...I can remember having an understanding of God at a very early age. It wasn't until the Missionaries came to my family ; at the age of twelve ; that we were baptized into the "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints". As I grew older, my understanding of Jesus matured and expanded. This knowledge came with time and patience. Today, my Faith still continues to increase. Being Mormon isn't easy. I've struggled my whole life, with the question of my Faith. Adversity is a lot like gravity. It is always there. There to remind me of what keeps me fastened to the ground. Always there, forever strengthening my testimony of Christ. Being Mormon is a blessing. Having the Truth of the Gospel ; the Book of Mormon bridged with the Holy Bible; has been a great advantage. The words of God have made clear, the true path to Jesus Christ...Everything I am. Everything my potential aspires to be, can be traced back to my relationship with Christ. I am so thankful for my unyielding and complex life. Every advance of my life, Jesus has stood by my side. My membership to the LDS church is the single, most important reason for my relationship with Christ... This is why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

It has taken a long time, learning how I should use my Faith. I was taught at a young age, Faith "is to hope for things which are not seen, but which are true". It is this foundation of Faith that has paved the roads I follow. All these roads have led me to Jesus Christ. No matter how difficult my life has become. Every road I've walked down has brought me humbly before Christ. I believe my personnel relationship with my Savior , is the single most important reason I live my Faith. The Faith that I know the Gospel is true. I bear my testimony of the "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints". Jesus Christ's love and sacrificed for me... His Blood and Body, always there to strengthen and renew my Faith in God. This is how I life my Faith. Amen.
