Hi I'm Julie

I like reading, origami, and art and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am number 4 of 9 kids. I graduated from college finishing in Early Childhood Education. I like to read good books and sharing it with my friends. I like working on art and origami projects. For fun, I make giant cup cakes and giant cookie cakes for my friends. I also enjoy putting gift baskets together for people.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that what The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints stands for, is who I want to be. I may have to work at living the gospel, but in the end, it is worth it. I have noticed that by my hard work in trying to live the standards that our church has, with time, it has made a difference in my friend's lives for the better. I also believe that if I didn't have this great gospel in my life, I don't think I would be the person I am today.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving the singles in my branch by cooking them food once a month, so that they may enjoy a meal together with their friends. Some other ways that I serve my branch is by designing a bulletin board each month with a quote and by being a friend to everyone. Outside of church, I try to be an example to those around me by living the standards and by showing kindness. I also try to serve those who are around me.
