Hi I'm Haley

I'm an artist in Mesa, Arizona and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a full time employee working to save up for college and life's little necessities. I spend my free time painting, sketching, and reading anything I can get my hands on. I love spending time with my family and cherish the time we have together since we are all growing up and spreading out. I was born and grew up in the church and am still active today.

Why I am a Mormon

Some people may think that if you are born in the church, it's easy to stay in the church. That isn't true. I work hard every day to be the person I know I have the potential to be. I'm far from perfect but I strive to come closer to my Heavenly Father through prayer, scripture study and being kind to others. I am lucky to say that I have never doubted this gospel and it comforts me immensely to know that we have a prophet of God on the earth leading and guiding us in these confusing times. I believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God and that it was translated by Joseph Smith for our benefit. I have a strong testimony of it's truthfulness and I know that we can use it as a guide and answer book for life.

How I live my faith

I try to be a good example to others and to set my standards high and show integrity in all I do. I am active in my ward and I serve the church by teaching a class of 3-4 year old children about the gospel and how we should treat others. I love this calling as I get to help these children understand the basic principals of the gospel and that their Heavenly Father loves each and every one of them, and that he wants them to be happy.
