Hi I'm Glade

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of three adult married children and six grandchildren, including twin boys. I love to travel and have been a regional/operations travel manager for most of my professional career. I have traveled to all 50 United States and several foreign countries. I have lived in Ireland and Northern Ireland. I currently am an Employee Trainer for a large school district transportation department. I also do charters as a motorcoach driver on most Saturdays. My wife and I are extremely proud of our children and their spouses and all they do in their employment and family lives.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm referred to as a Mormon because I know the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I am actually a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I faithfully belong to this Church because is not only teaches the true doctrines of Christ, but it also has the authority from the Lord Jesus Christ to complete saving ordinances that allows our family to be together as a family after we leave this life.

How I live my faith

My Church membership is a wonderful way of life that allows me to live in a culture that creates peace and happiness and allows me to serve others. It keeps me spiritually grounded and helps me to be included in a social group of people I enjoy being with who I know will be there to help me when I need other help.

What do Mormons believe about Jesus Christ? Do Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?

As a member of the Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints, we believe Christ came to earth and established His Church for us to know of his commandments. He died that we all would be resurrected from the dead, he atoned for our sins that we might live with him again if we accept and live his commandments. We believe in a living Christ who loves us individually and has a specific plan we need to follow to live as families after this life in his presence. Show more Show less
