Hi I'm Kolby

I grew up in Utah. I play the violin and piano. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a college student and a newlywed. I work in an office as an accounts manager. I enjoy all types of music. I play the violin and piano. I have had a pilots license for seven years. I love to travel and see the world. I have visited many parts of America, Canada, Mexico, Tahiti, Europe, Africa, and Turkey. I am looking forward to more travels in the future. I love good food with good people.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is God's one true church on the earth today. The fulness of The Gospel can be seen as well as felt. Among the truths that have been restored in this dispensation, the knowledge of The Plan of Salvation brings me the most peace in this life. With the knowledge of where I came from, why I am here, and where'd I am going, I feel more able to meet the challenges of this life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church meetings on a regular basis and by striving to live the commandments of God as I have come to know them. From 2006 to 2008 I served in the church as a full-time missionary in Zimbabwe. I was able to offer service as a teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as a friend to many people, and as a helping hand when it was needed most. Locally I serve as a home teacher. I visit other member families from my congregation and encourage them to continue living the Gospel. I am also uplifted and encouraged as I do this. It is a rewarding experience.
