Hi I'm Val Meredith

I live in a rural town in northeast Colorado. I am a pioneer from when the Yuma branch was organized. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a middle age father of two great teenage kids. I live in a rural town and work as an Nurse Anesthetist in several rural hospitals. When I am not working, I love to work at home with my kids. I raise a few cows and yaks. I also spend a lot of time wood working.

Why I am a Mormon

I have gained a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ slow over the years. I was raised by good parents who set a great example for me. I learned through my childhood the importance of being faithful. I served a mission and proceeded to get married in the temple soon after to the love of my life. I have had many experiences which testify of the Savior and the atonement. I believe that true happiness comes through service and caring for others. I know my Savior lives and that I can be with my family forever.

How I live my faith

There are very few LDS members in this area so I really try to show people what a "mormon" is. I serve on the school board and participate in as many local events as possible. Currently is am the leader of the men's organization at church. My true love is working with and being with the youth.
