Hi I'm Ruth

I am a wife, mother, foster mother, grandmother, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for 25yrs to Em. We have nine wonderful children. We have been foster parents for eight years and have had the privilage of parenting many many more. I joined the church in 1992 and have never been more certain about any decision that I have made in my life. I enjoy singing and reading. I homeschool three of my children. All the others have graduated and are in college or married. I love animals and have run a dog rescue. Three things to know about me, I love the gospel, i love my family, and I love to laugh.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because in all my years of searching and following other religions, no one was able to answer my questions. Where had I come from? Why was I here? And where was I going? I can remember asking that question as early as twelve years old and I continued to ask it. When the missionaries answered those questions my heart knew that I had come "home." I had found my way back to the Savior.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by giving service to others and being charitable. I am also the President of the little childrens sunday school. I work with eighteen month to twelve year old age groups. I also live my faith by teaching my children to serve others.
