Hi I'm Nino

Skateboarder, Artist, Older brother, Mormon.

About Me

My story is long and complicated. But to sum it up, I'm a skateboarder, an artist that neglects his talent but plans on taking it seriously one day, a lost sheep that was found, an older brother that is trying hard to be a good example, and more than anything, someone that knows how precious this gospel is. And I LOVE life. The mountains, the oceans, the people you meet, the things you can do, I'm in love with all of it, haha. I'm just grateful for all the incredible creations and opportunities that God has provided for us to find joy and happiness in.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a member of the church because I know what it's like to live without the blessings of the gospel in my life, and never want to go back to that. My family was inactive for ten years while I was growing up, and I know without a doubt that those years wouldn't have been nearly as rough if we would've kept the standards and values of the church in our home. It was a dark time for me and I know that it's because I was missing the light of christ in my life. And now that I'm living the way that I know god wants me to, I know that I'm back on the right track and that I'll be blessed for it. And it feels so good to know that i'm finally fulfilling god's plan for me. I know it'll make all the difference in not just my future, but in the lives of the children I'll have one day. Family is everything to me and I know without a doubt that this gospel is the best way to raise one. That's why I'm a mormon, because I know that we're meant to be truly happy in our lives and to be together with our families forever, and I know that it's only through the restored gospel that we can have that.

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving a mission in the Arcadia California Mission, and I love it to death. Before leaving though, I served as a branch missionary and always attending outreach, institute, FHE, and every other activity the branch has to offer. It was through those things that I met some of the best friends I've ever had, and also how I gained such a strong testimony of the support of the church. I love sharing the gospel with others as well, so I try to talk to as many people that I can about what having faith in Christ has brought into my life and what it can bring into theirs.
