Hi I'm K.D. Squire

I'm going to be a teacher, I love kids, Missionaries are my heroes, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 20 years old. I love skeet shooting, swimming, dancing, and playing with the kids. It was always my dream to live in another state and be a nanny. I am out living that dream on the East Coast as of today. I have always been pretty adventerous, but at the sametime I have a hard time with change. I am learning so much everyday and understanding the kind of person I want to be more and more all the time. :D

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon, because I know with everything in me its the truth. I never knew I wasnt happy until I excepted that truth, and with it learned what true happiness is. Becoming a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is completely a personal action. No one can make you believe or convert you, you have to do that all on your own with Gods help. By reading and praying with a sincere heart truly wanting to know the truth is how I recieved my answer. It all began once I made the decision that I really wanted to know, and that I wanted to know for myself not for anybody else, but for me. God is not going to lie to you, so there is no harm in asking. But you must go to Heavenly Father and to the scriptures willing to learn. Henry B. Eyring said it the best, he said, "Go to the scriptures like a child, willing to be taught and you will be. Go like a wise man or women, and you won't come away any the wiser." Once I knew the truth it was my job to act on it. And that is what I am doing all my life long. This gospel is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. It is the truth and I am so grateful for that knowledge.

How I live my faith

My favorite thing in the world is this church. I mean I love my family and friends and they are favorites also. But without the church I would have never made the friends I have, and my family wouldn't be mine for time and all eternity. So it boils down to the church being my favorite thing ever. And in my ward I have this amazing calling where I get to be a ward missionary. Which means I get to team up with missionaries in our area and go out taching and fellowshiping with them. In other words I get to go out and help spread my favorite and happiest knowledge in the world to others. I love serving and helping in anyway I can. It is always my goal to be good, getting better, and working to be the best person I can be. I know that my Savior has a plan for me and if I fallow his example and teachings everything will work out the way it is supposed to.
