Hi I'm Grady
I'm a computer programmer with three wonderful children and seven grandchildren. I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I enjoy woodworking and being outdoors. I like to camp and hike and will occasionally combine these into a backpacking trip. Outside of the temple and special family events, some of my most special, sacred experiences have been in the outdoors. I love each of our children and grandchildren and enjoy being with them every chance I get.
Why I am a Mormon
Two wonderful missionaries visited our home when I was 9 years old and taught my brothers and I about the restored Gospel. My parents had joined the LDS church when I was a baby, but had moved and had not been actively participating during my early years so I didn't identify with the church and really knew nothing about it. I felt the spirit and testimony of the Mormon Elders and was baptized at that time. Since that time I have acquired my own testimony of the restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the divine origin of the Book of Mormon, the reality of living Prophets and the power of God manifest through the application of Priesthood authority and eternal principles.
How I live my faith
I do the best I can. I have been involved in several volunteer positions in Boy Scouts including committee chairman, scoutmaster and assistant scoutmaster.
