Hi I'm Dalin Earls

I'm the oldest of five kids. I recently returned from my mission in Indonesia, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I like to draw, make videos, and try to drum and play guitar. I'm half Korean, half Caucasian. I was born in Gaffney, South Carolina, but grew up for the most part in Escondido, California. I just finished serving as a missionary in Indonesia which was probably one of the coolest thing I have ever done in my life. Now I am back at school at BYU in Provo.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is where I can rise above my past. God is my foundation when everything else seems to be falling apart. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is what makes me who I am. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is where I really learned who Jesus Christ is, who I am to Him. I know that through the Atonement of Jesus Christ we can become clean. We can be forgiven for all the mistakes we have ever made. I have felt God's love for me. I know He loves me, loves all of us. I can't bare the thought of going through this life without having felt that marvelous love.

How I live my faith

I just came home from serving as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Indonesia. Everyday I got to serve, help, and teach my awesome new friends in Indonesia, and help them come to know Christ closer than ever before through His restored gospel. It was the opportunity of a lifetime. I really felt like a tool in the Lord's hands. I felt His love and help in my life as I served as a missionary, and I can a feel a little bit of His love for all of my brothers and sisters in Indonesia. I know that I, alone, can't do much to help anyone, but with the help of Jesus Christ, I am blessed with the opportunity to be a positive chapter in the story of someone else's life. I have learned that as I am doing my best to bless and change the lives of others, my life is really the one being blessed and changed.
