Hi I'm Zander

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've always been an adventurous person: from snowboarding and wakeboarding, to traveling to see new places like Hawaii or Colorado, to searching around what's in my backyard. After a few life-changing surgeries over the past six years, I have had to reevaluate my activity levels and exactly how I find my new senses of adventure. I still love to travel and when I can, I love to do active things; but, I've found pleasure in things like writing music, listening to music, reading a good book, getting to know a new friend, or building my mind in some new way. These have all turned out to be wonderfully adventurous for me: though I do have to admit, they are not the same types of adventures I was used to having when I was growing up.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in an LDS household and was taught that religion. I surround myself with good people and I have found an abundance of those in the Mormon church.

How I live my faith

I'm always looking for truth wherever I can find it. It doesn't necessarily have to come from the Mormon Church or even Christianity. I like to look for God wherever He may present Himself and find that He always surprises me when He does show up. I live my faith by being a beneficent person to those around me. I show my love for a higher power by showing love to others. There is plenty to be done for others around me, and though my physical capabilities are small, my life circumstances have left me able to show the love of god to others by my actions.
