Hi I'm Jordan McDanel

I'm from Idaho, I love to Hunt, Fish, and Work. I'm a Mormon

About Me

My names Jordan. I'm from the super town of Preston, Idaho. I have an amazing family with two brothers and one sister. I'm a twin. I love my family to death, even though we don't get along all the time haha I LOVE to Hunt and Fish. By far its my favorite past time. I think being a professional hunter would be the best job ever! I'm very active, i always have to be doing something. I have been raised to work hard. It feels so good to accomplish things and see the end result of that hard work you've put in! Right now im currently serving a mission in Canada. I love every minute of it! Its the most rewarding thing i have ever done in my life, and by far the BEST decision i have ever made! :)

Why I am a Mormon

i was raised in the church, most everyone in my family is LDS. Like anyone else, i had a choice if i wanted to continue on in my faith, or go my own route. I quickly found out that going your own route, is not the pathway that leads to happiness. I could see there was no comparison to life with the gospel, and life without it. I am a member because of the happiness and joy it brings me. I'm extremely grateful for the atonement of Jesus Christ. It is the Base our religion is founded upon. Without it there would be no point in being here on this earth. I know that this church is true. If i did not it would not make much sense to be serving a full time mission for my church. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to help others come unto Christ, and to help them repent of there past and move forward with there lives. No matter what has happened in our lives, and no matter how far we think we have gone, We can always make it back. We CAN fix our mistakes and receive the forgiveness that mends broken hearts and heals the soul. I know that God lives. I know his Son died for ALL OF US. I am so grateful to be in the front row seat, to see peoples lives change, as they learn about the Atonement of Jesus Christ. It is by far the most rewarding thing I've ever experienced in my life. I continue to follow this gospel because of the personal hardships I've been through, and also because of the impact and changes it can make in others lives.

How I live my faith

Being through the things that i have, its helped me gain a broad understanding of what i want out of life, and how i plan to accomplish it. As i apply the gospel, the standards which have been given, and advice from the Latter-Day Prophets i continue to grow in my faith. I try to live it to a full extent, to where others can experience the blessings that come from it. I strive to magnify my calling as a priesthood holder, and as a missionary. As i do so, i know that others can experience their faith in Christ grow, and can come closer to our loving Heavenly Father.
