Hi I'm Kylie

I'm a Mormon. I'm a photographer that loves to laugh, spend time with my family, and enjoy life.

About Me

I am a stay at home mom to a absolutely wonderful and adorable little boy. I have been married to the most wonderful man since April 2008. I went to high school in Frisco, TX and played volleyball the 4 years I was there. I love to bake/cook, be outdoors, play sports, do anything active, sew, and many other things.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I believe every single concept taught by our church. Even though I, like many other LDS people, grew up in the church, I still had to gain a testimony of the things being taught. I had to know for MYSELF that the church was true. It wasn't until I was in high school that I truly studied and prayed to know the truthfulness of the teachings of the church. I read the Book of Mormon and prayed diligently about it's truthfulness and felt an undenyable feeling of calm, peace, and comfort come over me. I did not receive a voice in my head or see a vision of an angel telling me it was true. It was a feeling, but a feeling like I had never felt before. I KNEW without a doubt in my mind, and still know, that this church is true. I know that Joseph Smith saw God the Father and his son Jesus Christ. I know that Joseph Smith restored Christ's true church and that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I know that we have living Prophets on the earth today that lead and guide us with the power of the priesthood in the ways the Lord commands. I have a testimony that the Temples throughout the world are God's houses and NOWHERE is so sacred and so close to heaven as within those walls. I know the work done in the temple is so valuable and important not only to those on the earth today but those on the other side of the veil. I am grateful for the chance I had to be sealed to my husband in the temple and the knowledge I have of being with not only him but our children for all eternity. I know God the Father and his son Jesus Christ live and that they know me. They know my stuggles, my pains, my weaknesses, my joys, and my loves and that they love me. I know with all my heart everything about this church is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in many ways. I attend church meetings on Sunday to enlighten my life, listen to the teachings, feel the spirit, and to partake of the sacrament.
