Hi I'm Shane

I'm a father of 5, a business owner, love the outdoors - especially atop my Honda 450 and have a beautiful wife! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from Brigham Young University in Business Finance and quickly realized the corporate world was not for me. I partnered with my brother and started on the entrepreneur roller coaster ride nearly 9 years ago! I enjoy camping with my family, road trips, motor biking, and reading. Working and serving others brings me great satisfaction. I have been married to my beautiful wife for 12 years and we have a family of 7!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Mormon faith, but for as long as I can recall I have known in my heart and mind that what I had been taught was true. The foundation, understanding, purpose, and direction the Gospel of Jesus Christ gives to me in my life has been the anchor and driving force which got me through many trials and hardships. The peace and confidence I have experienced in my life through living and applying the teachings of the Gospel of Jesus Christ have been among the most precious gifts of my life.

How I live my faith

Each day I strive to practice what I teach to my children and what I know to be true. Thank goodness for repentance and forgiveness! My family and I pray and read scriptures (the Bible and Book of Mormon) together each day. My wife and I teach our children to love and respect each other and those they come in contact with daily. We teach them to know and follow Jesus Christ and His teachings. Each Monday night everything else stops and we spend time as a family planning out the coming week, discussing family issues and having fun together learning about Jesus Christ. We attend church each Sunday and various church activities throughout the week. Additionally, I direct a group of nearly 60 men. In our meetings we discuss projects to help and assist those within our church and in our community - i.e. moving and various service projects. We also discuss the Gospel of Jesus Christ and how to become better husbands and fathers.
