Hi I'm Allison

I'm a musician, a mother, and a runner. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Idaho, born and raised in the Mormon (LDS) church. I love the outdoors, skiing, hiking, running, playing the piano and organ, singing, sewing, cooking, and reading. I am a licensed dental hygienist. I married an incredible man in the Salt Lake Temple for eternity. My husband and four kids have taught me how to love and be loved while learning patience.

Why I am a Mormon

My greatest happiness comes from living the principles of the Church. I know the Lord knows each of us individually and understands the trials we experience. Through reading the Bible and the Book of Mormon I have come to know and love my Savior. The Lord hears and answers our prayers. I have had many prayers answered and know without a doubt that He is the source. I know that this church is His church, restored to the earth through a young prophet, Joseph Smith. I love my Savior and Redeemer who made it possible for me to come to earth, learn and grow, and return to live with Him again someday.

How I live my faith

Currently, I organize the music during Sacrament Meeting. I also play the piano for the children in Sunday School. I have stewardship over three women that I visit each month in their homes. This builds friendship and allows me to help them with any needs that arise. Daily prayer/communication with my Heavenly Father is vital to feeling close to Him and receiving inspiration. I also study the Bible and Book of Mormon with my family daily.
