Hi I'm Aaron Scott

I'm a Mormon and loving it.

About Me

I am a husband and a father of 5 children. I completed an MBA and manage the South Pacific operations for a papercraft company. I play hockey during winter and love to get out into the wilderness during the other months. Love mountain hiking, caving, canoeing, abseiling or even just a standing camp. I enjoy designing house floor plans and landscapes. I also like to dance. And I'm a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints a couple of years before I was born and so I grew up a part of the church, however about the age of 17 I needed to know for myself. Through regular study of the scriptures and prayer, Heavenly Father has revealed to me that this is His only begotten Son's church and has true teachings along with the priesthood authority to perform the ordinances required to progress eternally and to have my family with me beyond this life.

How I live my faith

Teaching my children to find out what is truth and to know the teachings of Jesus Christ is paramount. Second comes serving my fellow man, mainly just being a good neighbour, helping a friend or contributing financial for the benefit of those that are less fortunate than ourselves. I also work with the Young men and their leaders at church to plan, organise and run activities, service projects and youth conventions.
