Hi I'm joshua paget

I am white, sometimes i wish i was black, i love the ladies, dirt bikes, welding stuff together... i love girls! and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

hello my name is josh, i was born in Bountiful utah. I've had a job doing construction most of my life with my dad, i graduated from high school in 2010 and went to welding school for one year after that and obtained my welding certificate. I enjoy riding motorcycles, restoring cars, hanging out with friends, playing guitar, and doing pretty much anything that involves being in the mountains.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are members of the church... so i have grown up around these beliefs all of my life. As everyone does i'm sure, i started to question the church and wonder if it is true. I had realized that i was only relying on what my parents know to be true and not what i know for myself. I began doing exactly what the book of mormon invites all to do and that is to read it, ponder about it, and pray to heavenly father asking him if the book is true! i can tell you honestly that i have done this, i have recieved spiritual witnesses that this book without a doubt is the word of god as well as the bible! I add to the millions of testimonies of the members of the church today and promise you that if you give it a shot and sincerely want to know if this church is christs church or if the book of mormon really is the word of god you will know it by the peaceful feeling of the holy ghost. i know jesus christ is the son of god, i know he died for us, he suffered incomprehensible amounts of pain so we can be free from sin and sorrow in this life if we have the faith enough to trust him and do all we can to put to use that marvelous atonement he created. i know that we are all sons and daughters of a heavenly father who loves us and cares about us so much that he sent us to this earth so we can learn and progress and become like him. i know without a doubt in my mind that if we endure this life with faith in his son jesus christ.. always repenting of our sins we will live with him again and we will live with our families in the kingdom of heaven forever! This gospel has brought so much happiness to my life that i will share it with anyone and everyone i can so they can have it in their families as well. i love the savior i know that the church of jesus christ of latter day saints is his kingdom on earth today and i close this testimony in the name of my lord, my redeemer, the prince of peace, the beloved son of god..jesus christ amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best to be as christlike as possible. I help people when they are in need and always try to do service for others when i am needed just as jesus christ would do. I have willingly dedicated two years of my life to leave my family, friends, and all of the life i knew to move to san bernardino california to be a minister ( a missionary) for this church Which consists of knocking door to door, talking to people on the streets, and doing all i possibly can to declare the message of happiness to all of gods children who are willing to listen. facing much rejection, home sickness, and doing it all out of service toward jesus christ.. to pay back only a little of all that he has done for me.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

joshua paget
families are ordained of god, we are put in families so we can all learn and grow in the gospel together. having a family is a gift from our loving heavenly father! family is so important to members of the church because we believe we can live with our family forever, but it depends on the choices we make with our agency if we will all make it back or not. that is why we do our best to lift up and strengthen eachother. the family is what can bring us happiness in this life, what would heaven be without the ones who have made us happiest in this life?
