Hi I'm Tabitha Pettit

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a military family, and although we didn't move around as much as many military families, I am grateful for each of the places we did live throughout the United States. No matter where we moved one thing remained the same, my family was always with me, and as a result we were and still are very close. After graduating high school, I came to Brigham Young University (BYU) where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Art Education. I also met and fell in love with my husband, Will, while attending BYU. We were married in the Washington, D.C. temple in 2004. Since then, our family has expanded with the birth of our son and daughter and a new baby on the way in December of 2011. They are my greatest joy and inspiration. Being a wife and mother, I have discovered much about who I am and what I love. Some of the things I have found I love are sewing, knitting, and creating in general. It has been fun to discover who I am becoming and watch my children as they become who they will be.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? I'm a Mormon because I choose to be. I feel the truth of this Gospel deep within, and have seen the ways it has improved my life by following it's teachings. I don't think I could be who I really am without having this Gospel in my life.

How I live my faith

Currently I help the women's organization in our area by assisting in organizing activities to strengthen our relationships with each other and with our Savior.
