Hi I'm Kim

I live in Montana, I love baseball, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy our Montana summers swimming, hiking and picking huckleberries. I work in my vegetable garden and I enjoy the flowers in my yard. God's creations are beautiful and living in Montana really shows them off

Why I am a Mormon

I find the strength, the peace and the joy I need to live and enjoy my life from the teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Savior has given us all of the answers to the test of life through His Gospel. Knowing, understanding and applying the Doctrines and the Principles of The Gospel teaches us how to become like Him. It is the true happiness that we all yearn for. I love my husband and our children and grandchildren and I want to be with them forever. Joseph Smith was called to be the Lord's Prophet in these Latter-days and he was led by the hand of God to restore The fullness of the Gospel to the earth. Which includes the blessings of the Temple. We have been sealed to one another forever. Our oldest son died of cancer and the thing that pulled us through was the knowledge that families can be together forever because the Priesthood authority had been restored to make it possible. Which is one of the many blessings that were established again on this earth.

How I live my faith

I pray, I read and study the scriptures and the words of our modern prophets, I exercise my faith in Christ, I seek after the promptings of the Holy Ghost every day! Being a member of Christ's Church allows us the opportunity to learn and grow from participating in teaching and leading. We are given callings to help ourselves and others in all areas. I am an early morning Seminary Teacher. Which is an intense study of the scriptures. It is a 4 year program for the High School Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors. What better way for the youth to start their day. It gives them the spiritual strength, courage and knowledge to combat what this world throws at them. I love having Family Home Evening, where we gather and study and talk about the Gospel. I love being a mom and having the right answers for my children's questions and being able to direct them to the right path when they have concerns and fears. It brings to me the confidence I seek for to stand and be in the world but not of the world.
