Hi I'm Celeste

I am a working mom of 3. I grew up in Idaho. I love to craft and read in my spare time. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a working mother of three beautiful children. My husband and I just celebrated our 11th year of marriage. As a family we love to garden, swim, ride bikes and laugh together while playing board games. I have lived in Idaho most of my life and enjoy still living close to family. After high school I attended college at UVU majoring in business management. Here it is over 10 years later and I am still not done, so I have been continuing to take classes off and on at our local community college. I am the office manager at my ever growing, ever changing place of employment. I love new challenges and I love being a dependable person for those around me. Service is my middle name and I LOVE to serve anyone and everyone that I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church so for me being a mormon just seemed like the right thing to do. I grew up with a less-active family. I remember my wonderful Grandma taking me to church, teaching me how to cook, clean, and love the gospel. It wasn't until i was a senior in high school that I had to come to the realization that I needed to find out for myself if the church was true. I had no miraculious experience, no visitation from angels. Just a very peaceful feeling come over me and testify to me that the church was true. Since that day there have been ups and downs in my testimony. Periods of my life I do great at reading the scriptures and saying my prayers. Other times, not so well. I just try to do the best that I can each and every day. Through small and simple things that I do, I know the church is true. I strive everyday to be the best example for myself and to my family that I can.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday! I make a point to try to serve someone each day, even through small things like making my children's beds. Sometimes it is bigger things like taking a meal to a friend in need, or just offering a lending ear to a friend who needs to talk. I think that actions are louder then words and I try to show through my actions that I am a proud member of this church. Currently I serve as a ward missionary and I am trying my best to befriend those within our ward boundaries that just need a friend and a helping hand. I love to lead by example and I hope that I can instill in my children a desire to serve with a happy heart!
