Hi I'm Andrew

I love music. I can't ride a skateboard. I'm a missionary. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up near downtown San Diego, close enough to the border that I could see Tiajuana from my front porch. I've been playing the piano since I was 4 years old and even played piano for primary (children's organization for kids from 3-12) before I came out on my mission. I am currently serving as a missionary in the Alaska Anchorage mission. I had 4 older sisters growing up which was quite the experience. I love writing music for guitar and eating as much mexican food as I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that Christ's church has been restored to the earth through a living prophet. I have learned of the reality of this restoration through the power of the Holy Ghost. All of our Heavenly Father's blessings are available to us today through membership in His church and Kingdom on earth.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best to strengthen the faith of everyone around me. I try to serve others through example and invitation. I study the scriptures and pray regularly to invite the spirit to guide me. I seek revelation from God and find answers in the scriptures, my thoughts and feelings, and through the people I interact with. I try to do what the Savior would do if He were here. I know that I fall short all the time, but I know that through diligence and obedience that God is shaping me into the person that I need to be. I live my faith by loving those around me and showing it.
