Hi I'm Steve

I love my wife and my family. I'm an engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I absolutely love my wonderful wife, Shannon, and my family. We've been married for almost 30 years. I have two kids, one in college and one in law school. And I recently gained a great son-in-law! I spend my days managing projects as an engineer at a major food company, then I come home to "manage" my many house projects, including fixing up my antique tractor. I also enjoy serving at church, and supporting my entrepreneur wife.

Why I am a Mormon

Both my parents are converts and joined the church before I was born. My parents taught me both in word and in example how to strive to treat others well, work hard, and seek truth. As I grew up, attending church and reading the scriptures, my faith and testimony and my relationship with Heavenly Father grew stronger and stronger. I continued to find truth and grow in that special relationship with God as I served a two-year mission. Following my mission, I married my wife in one of our beautiful temples. Since then, I have absolutely enjoyed serving in church and with the Boy Scouts of America, and have had numberous special experinces that have shown me that God knows me and answers my prayers, and this is His true church.

How I live my faith

The way I live my faith shows in how I try to treat people in every situation with equality, dignity, and respect. In both my professional and personal life, I strive to be completely honest in my dealings with my fellow men. Ultimately, I strive to be better each day and live life as a follower of Christ.
