Hi I'm Nicole

I sing and draw. I make a tasty macaroni and cheese. I love spending time with my family and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I spend my free time either sewing, reading, cooking, baking, singing, or drawing. I'm certainly not a professional in any of these categories, but I enjoy them all. I also love to care for plants and fish. My family is the most important thing to me. They are absolutely fabulous! I'm the oldest of four children and we all love to have fun. We have hot dog roasts in the canyon, watch movies together, go for walks and drives, and dance in the kitchen.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I recognize the joy that has been in my life because my parents are members of the Church. Life has always had different challenges here and there, but because of the gospel, we've been able to get through things with a happier outlook. While I was growing up I didn't think much of it, but now that I'm a little bit older things make more sense to me. Different elements of the gospel fit together like a puzzle and nothing is missing. Any question can be answered. God's priesthood, his power and authority, has been restored to the earth and I know that it is real and blesses our lives. I know that the priesthood and Christ's church were restored through the prophet Joseph Smith. I know that Jesus Christ is not only my Savior and Redeemer, but the Savior and Redeemer of all mankind. That brings me hope and it is such a blessing to know that when I make mistakes, I can turn to Christ, repent, and start fresh. As a Mormon, I've come to better understand the importance of families. Not only here in this life, but how important our families are in eternity. Basically, the gospel of Jesus Christ that has been restored in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints gives me joy and hope. That's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Right now, I'm living by faith by serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I left my home to share the gospel with others, so that they would also have the opportunity to feel the same hope and joy that I feel.
