Hi I'm Samantha Cherry

I love being outdoors. I'm a tennis player. I want to be a forensic investigator. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm just an outdoorsy girl who loves to go hunting, camping, hiking, horseback riding, and anything else outdoors. Tennis is my sport and Rafael Nadal is my all time favorite athlete! I was born and raised in Arizona and I am a convert. I recently moved to Utah to achieve my goal in achieving a Bachelors in Forensic Science. The most important thing about me is that I love my family, my friends, my Heavenly Father, and my Savior.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and nothing brings me greater joy than to represent my Savior. After taking the lessons with my missionaries, I found out for myself through prayer that this is the true church. Through the guidance of my Heavenly Father, I have made such tremendous changes in my life that have not only blessed me, but also my present and future family. Being Mormon is not a title, it's a way of life. The standards that I live are not always easy, but they're worth it! The most important thing is...I am loved and I am happy!

How I live my faith

Simply by sharing the Gospel. I love having the missionaries over for dinner to share the Gospel with my truly amazing parents. I pray that one day I'll be able to witness their baptism. My parents have grown so much since they've attended my baptism and they don't even realize what great examples they are to me. I love being asked questions about my religion and my conversion story. Attending my weekly Sacrament Meetings is another way I live my faith. Putting aside one special day for my Lord couldn't make me a happier girl!
