Hi I'm Zane

I was born in Dallas, Texas. I 'm a missionary in Japan. I daydream a lot. I love the scriptures. I 'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently a missionary in Hokkaido, Japan. I love the people and the food, and want to continue studying the language and culture upon my return to America. I attended college for a year before coming out here, and plan on returning and continuing my study of Japanese and deciding on a major. I love the fantasy genre; I always seem to be daydreaming. I enjoy dragons and all sorts of mythical creatures, and hope sometime to be able to put my stories on paper, after working on my drawing skills more. I also love music, reading, video games, messing around on computers, and going out to eat.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised within the church, and have never really had any questions or doubts as to its truthfulness. To me, even logically this is the only message with no contradictions and perfect hope. I have felt the Lord's hand all my life, and have developed a love for the scriptures, from the Bible to the Book of Mormon. In my readings, I have found much help, comfort, and guidance, and have had things revealed to my mind from a heavenly source. I have had the truthfulness of this church confirmed to me many times, and have spent nearly two years of my life now dedicated to sharing this truth with all of God's children. I, with the prophets and disciples of old, invite all to come unto Christ. I invite all to read the Book of Mormon, ponder the message it contains, and pray to receive an answer from God as to the truthfulness of this message. I can promise you that you will feel God's love and draw nearer to him than you ever have before.

How I live my faith

As a missionary for the Church in Japan, I teach others about the true gospel of Jesus Christ, a concept completely unknown to most people here. I enjoy serving and making friends with the wonderful people of Japan, who are a very wonderful and nice people. I have seen this message bring joy, peace and happiness into the lives of many people in this area of the world, and have seen it change lives. Before becoming a missionary, I often served as a teacher and assistant to the children's classes at church. I enjoy working with children, and hope to have the opportunity to do so again.
