Hi I'm Frank Christensen

Father of 3 daughters, grandfather of 5, raised in California, traveled the world for 20 years in the U.S. Navy and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy spending time with my family, watching 5 beautiful grandchildren grow up and keep me young and active. I went to college before and during my military career and earned degrees in business, education and information systems. My hobbies include playing golf and "playing" with computers (web development and programming), learning foreign languages and hope to take up building model train layouts for my grandsons when I retire. I work as a government contractor using my computer skills as my government bosses see fit. I have being doing this the last 16 years and plan on doing this for about another 10 years, then retire.

Why I am a Mormon

I was a Mormon as a young child because this is where my parents decided to go to church. But as I was growing up, I gained my own testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ by living the simple principles as best I could and living a life that would serve as an example for others. Now that I'm an adult and have a family of my own, I especially want to be an example to my three daughters and their beautiful families as well. The church is family oriented and that is very important to be together for eternity.

How I live my faith

Day by day I wake up vowing to be an example and act according to that principle. I believe that principles taught in church are for everyday life and should be practiced in everyday life.
